Capitol Commentary values your private information and will never share it with anybody unless ordered to do so by a law enforcement agency.

You will never receive any unsolicited emails from this website except for a “thank you” email which automatically goes out if you post a comment.

Capitol Commentary uses Feedburner to distribute our articles via email and RSS.  It is your responsibility to read and understand Feedburner’s privacy policy if you subscribe to their RSS or email feed.

Capitol Commentary reserves the right to quote, with acknowledgment, any comments posted on this site in an article.

Comments will never be edited in any way though if they are offensive, SPAM, or are off topic they may be deleted without notice.

We also reserve the right to ban anybody who has trouble remaining civil in their comments.  Thus far, only one person has been banned… let’s keep it that way!
