Internal Revenue Service Set to Grow by $1 Billion Thanks to Obamakare Enforcement Mandate

Posted on Apr 10 2012 - 1:00am by Harrison

With the use of a $1 billion slush fund, the IRS is going to hire 500 agents to enforce the “must carry health insurance” portion of Obamakare.  If you don’t have insurance from your employer, buy it from the Government, or pay a non-healthcare coverage fee, the Government will go after you and make you pay for your arrogance of not being part of the Obamakare mandate!

What greater loss of freedom can there be than falling under the thumb of your Government for not buying something?

Isn’t it odd how all of the warm and cozy words from Barack Obama and his Democratic allies somehow didn’t discuss the enforcement part of the healthcare law?

That’s because Americans would never stand for their Government demanding they carry health insurance.

And so with 500 IRS agents going after ordinary Americans, a further 300 will be in charge of talking to the poor and getting their permission to sign them onto Obamakare.

We wonder how many people can be fattened off the teet of the worker who actually produces something, pays their taxes, and funds the massive social programs Democrats love so much.

With an ever expanding State forcing, under penalty of law, the “compliance” of every man, woman, and child in the nation will there be a revolt?

Obamakare might be the law but it doesn’t come into force until next year (even though the IRS expansion will begin now) and it hasn’t even been judged to be Constitutional yet.

But before you can wage war you must build an army. That is what the IRS hiring spree is: raising an army.

But these minor trivialities are but a mere inconvenience to the Big Government Liberals in the White House and Congress.

They will use carrot or stick to corral people into the socialized healthcare scheme that is their dream.

But if this law really was so peachy why would a $1 billion slush fund be needed?  Why would 500 IRS agents need to be hired to force people to take part in it?  And why wasn’t all of this disclosed when it was being sold to the American public?

Because to steal someone’s freedom you must do it quietly, that’s why.

I also read that the president was going around the House in order to appropriate this money, where is the outrage in the Congress? They must have known they were giving away their pursestring power when this was passed, or we would hear someone complain, right?

This is one of those provisions that wasn’t discussed publicly while the bill was being reconciled through Congress. They didn’t want to put it on display for the general public to discuss. After all, some of them might have gotten an inkling of just how monstrous and far-reaching Obamacare really is.

The most infuriating thing about this President is that he spends, spends, spends! And his excuse is that he inherited all this debt. I really dislike how Obama uses the word inherit. He didn’t inherit anything other than his genes! He campaigned to become the President of the United States! If he didn’t want to be responsible for Bush’s $600 billion dollar debt, he should have dropped out of the race.

I watched the documentary, “I Want Your Money.” The documentary might come accross as politics 101, but the basic, common sense perspective on what is going on is a great reminder of why we Americans need to pat attention to politics. Breitbart contributes to the narrative.

“Inherit” is just an excuse to transform our society into something our Founding Fathers wouldn’t recognize.

Our Founding Fathers would be appalled!
