Unhappy, Bitter Liberal Journolists Punish America for Their Faults

I think the single thing we can away from the Journolist is that these 400 “elite” members of the media’s “finest” are really just a bunch of scheming, disaffected, unhappy people. But isn’t this the way all true Liberals are?
Back in 2006 when John Stossel was still with ABC, he conducted a study as to who gives more… rich San Francisco Liberals or middle class Sioux Falls Conservatives. What he found was the people of Sioux Falls gave more money… in fact 24 of the top 25 states where people gave an above average percent of their income were Republican states. Conservatives are more likely to donate their blood than Liberals, too (maybe Liberals are more likely to throw their blood on people).
In another study, this time in 2008, Arthur Brooks wrote a book titled “Gross National Happiness.” What he found was that Conservatives are more than two times more likely than Liberals to say they are happy. There have been other studies over the years showing the same thing. If you are a Liberal reading this it’s more than likely you will be thinking something snarky like: “Conservatives are in a religious opiate bath” or “Conservatives only care about themselves so they are happy” or something along those lines. But it’s really not that simple, even though Liberals like to make everything simple so it can be about race, income, or how you didn’t get picked to be on the soccer team when you were 11 so now there should be quotas.
The Journolist was a kind of coffee shop which served only bitter tea leaves and coffee grounds… where Liberals could mock and laugh at people… saying how funny it would be if Rush Limbaugh had a heart attack and nobody helped him. These people fed into their own defective lives by looking for the best ways of bringing others who had worked hard down to their level.

Like the unpopular misfit in high school who can’t actually complete the science project, they decide to “succeed” by sabotaging everyone else’s projects then sit in the back of the class making snarky remarks as everybody discovers their assignments have been ruined. It’s a big joke to those “in the group” and they all joke and reinforce their behavior so it keeps on happening over and over again.
And so it is with the Journolist.
What is so ironic about this, and so revealing about Liberals, is that they claim to be for the downtrodden, the disadvantaged, the shunned… and yet they decide to take people who have done nothing and tear them down to “help” the others. But what they are really doing is trying to “right” all the “wrongs” they feel are in their lives instead of just working hard and honestly and doing well on their own and giving people the tools to do so themselves.
Thus Tea Party members who bring their kids to rallies, take off time from work, paint American flags on signs and do what they can to show their love of this country instead ends up being cast as a bunch “Fucking NASCAR retards” in the words of Eric Alterman, author of the book What Liberal Media?
These people are the ones destroying America. They are the worst kind of hypocrites… they say they want to stamp out racism yet they blindly pick anybody they dislike and call them racists.

These JournoList leaks have been a boon to us. They have proved everything that we’ve been saying about liberals in the media for a long time. Now, America can see what their would-be leftist overlords really think of them.

There’s no doubt that a great many liberals, be they journalists, or not are not very appealing characters – score one point.
At the same time, at the very least an equal proportion of conservatives, once again, journalists (are there any real conservative journalists out there – I mean ones who can actually write and report in a universally-accepted journalistic way?) or not can be as unappealing as some of the liberals – take one point away.
At the very least, there is most likely a much smaller percentage of fundamentalist/religious fanatics/blinded to everything not found in the scriptures of one sort, or another among the liberals – another point taken away.
Total: minus one.

It is my belief that an ideology that stresses self-reliance, accountability and the ability for mankind to self-govern, will inherently produce a more confident, content and, yes, happy individual.
How content is a person whose belief system skews more towards what he is owed by others and/or the government? He doesn’t fully “own” his happiness – it’s too much a function of others.
Think it was Rush who said, “My happiness is not dependant” upon who is in office.”
