Democrats in Media Plot to Foil Conservatives, Start Race War

It was quite a startling week for revealing just how corrupt our media is and to what extent Liberals and Democrats will go to in order to support their causes.

What Ms. tBerry wrote above sums up very well what was exposed from the Liberal Journolist which was recently shut down.  Andrew Breitbart has offered a $100,000.00 reward to the first person who can produce the list’s entire archives.  The “list” was founded by Washington Post employee Ezra Klein and Time magazine writer Joe Klein.  Washington Post writer Dave Weigel was forced to quit his job when his contributions became known.  The Washington Post hasn’t responded to questions as to why Mr. Klein still has his job.

Some vile things have come out of the Journolist.  Sarah Spitz, who is a producer for taxpayer supported NPR said this about Rush Limbaugh:

In a post to the list-serv Journolist, an online meeting place for liberal journalists, Spitz wrote that she would “Laugh loudly like a maniac and watch his eyes bug out” as Limbaugh writhed in torment.

In boasting that she would gleefully watch a man die in front of her eyes, Spitz seemed to shock even herself. “I never knew I had this much hate in me,” she wrote. “But he deserves it.”

Rush Limbaugh was asked about this and responded:

“Not having wished anyone dead, nor having fantasized about watching someone die, I cannot possibly relate to this.”

Naw... no bias here, please move along...

Absolutely disgusting stuff.  And regarding Sarah Palin we have these words of wisdom:

But in many other exchanges, the Journolisters clearly had another, more partisan goal in mind: to formulate the most effective talking points in order to defeat Palin and McCain and help elect Barack Obama president. The tone was more campaign headquarters than newsroom.

Writers such as Michael Cohen (New America Foundation), Jeffery Stein (Mother Jones), Jeffrey Toobin (New Yorker), Ryan Donmoyer (Blomberg), and Ben Adler (formerly Pollitico now Newsweek) all contributed their two cents.  Reading their comments it’s like a Den Mother’s meeting where everybody in the room picks on the person who just left.Adler made this disgusting point:

“…but doesn’t leaving sad baby without its mother while she campaigns weaken that family values argument? Or will everyone be too afraid to make that point?”

Funny… we never heard this in Liberal talking points about women and glass ceilings…

And though former Dept. of Agriculture employee Shirley Sherrod was immediately (and improperly) fired for what appeared to be statements by her indicating she was a racist, she now thinks the site that did her in, Big Government, should be shut down:

She said if Breitbart’s site were shut down, “That would be a great thing, because I don’t see how that advances us in this country … at a time when we should be trying to look at how we can make space for all of us in this country, so that we can all live and work together, he’s doing more to divide us.”

Sherrod got a bad rap and shouldn’t have been fired… perhaps Mr. Breitbart knew, perhaps he didn’t, however I fail to see why Liberals always go straight for censorship when something happens they don’t like.

These Journolists all conspired together to target the opposition, suppress any news they didn’t like, and do everything in their power to support Barack Obama’s campaign and presidency.

Ironically, the Liberal Media is trying to say it is Conservative media that has all the power under the headline of:

After Obama won the 2008 election, liberal author Eric Alterman of the book What Liberal media? expressed himself this way:
“F*cking Nascar retards…”
