I am not saying they do or don't use techniques besides what the media says. I am saying we cannot trust them to tell us the whole truth. There has not been a government on this planet that always told the whole truth. It would not surprise me one bit if there was secret torture going on. The point is there are many smoke and mirrors that we need to work our way through when it comes to topics like this.
