An interesting article about Russia’s population bust:
Russia has registered the first population increase since the chaotic years which followed the fall of the Soviet Union, bucking a long-term decline that has dampened economic growth projections, officials said on Tuesday.
Russia’s population increased by between 15,000 and 25,000 to more than 141.9 million in 2009, the first annual increase since 1995, Health Minister Tatyana Golikova told a meeting in the Kremlin with President Dmitry Medvedev.
The rise was helped by a 4 percent decline in mortality rates and an influx of immigrants, mostly from the former republics of the former Soviet Union, Golikova said.
Russia has been a paper tiger for over two decades, though they did earn some revenue from their oil (which they are not afraid to tap unlike Liberals who keep America’s off limits). Still, a hollow country like Russia still can instill fear in Liberals like Obama who sold Eastern Europe down the river for “help” with Iran.
It’s nice to pay lip service to Russia but, let’s face it, they are acting against America’s interests while gaining concessions from Democrats.

I read an article a while back that the Russian government was giving away cars to couples on a certain day of the year if they had a baby on that day. They then created a national conception day 9 months prior to that date. I call it a fertitlement.
