		<description>your post reminded me of a story here in the DC area that may become a post.  In Montgomery County Maryland, they have had fixed speed cameras for a while now.  They are now looking at switching to mobile speed cameras because revenue is down.  The same in PG County where they were looking to install fixed speed cameras in school zones but have decided to go with mobile cameras because of low expected revenue from fixed cameras
