5 Facts Global Warmers Don't Want to Answer
1. Global Warmers claim CO2 is evil and causes the planet to heat up and man is doing this. Yet they will not discuss the fact that mankind only is responsible for 0.117% of all CO2 produced on earth.
2. The second point is related to CO2 in that the best retainer of heat on the planet is water vapor yet 99.99% of all water vapor on earth is naturally occurring.
3. Global Warmers do not want to discuss that their temperature data is based on readings collected by people around the world for the last 200 years or more and yet, as this article shows, the readings collected in the U.S. (which have to be the most reliable) are flawed because the temperature stations are often right next to artificial heat sources.
4. The earth has gone through many warming and cooling cycles and yet what caused those if humans were not burning fossil fuels?
5. By their own admission, all of the temperature readings that were used to base “global warming” projections were tossed in the trash making those data points unverifiable.

The case of the temperature stations being far too close to heat sources is simply egregious; New Zealand’s National Institute of Water and Atmospheric research was recently caught massaging temperature data from many of its stations. It took a court order to get the data too.
The one other point that AGW “True Believers” roundly dismiss is the fact that much of the general support for any warming is due to the fact that there was a little ice age from about the 15th to the 19th century. Therefore, it is not at all out of the norm for some temperature rise as we move from this cold period.

I love the way that “global warming” deniers will go to almost any length to prove that what is actually happening isn’t happening at all! I suppose it doesn’t really matter who is right or who is wrong because nothing can stop global warming from continuing at this point. When the polar ice caps are gone, the seas have risen by a few meters and there are desserts where there used to be farmland, the conservatives will still blame it all on Obama.

askcherlock: Is it too much to ask for AGW scientists and activists to be forthcoming and honest about their data? Every reasonable person should be outraged by the CRU and NWIA scandals. If we are going to turn our economic system upside down to deal with “climate change,” then we need to know all of the facts, look at all of the data, and hear from the skeptics too. Al Gore’s apocalyptic shrieking won’t be enough.

It’s about charging me for a theory you can’t prove so you can pay for Obamakare.
And you ignored the facts in the article thus proving my point.

please….who are the real “deniers”?
if independent research can’t reproduce the same results with the raw data, it’s not science. it’s an unproven theory.
i guess we’ll never know in the CRU case, because they don’t have that data any more.

now if you will excuse me, i have to leave early from work because we are about to get 8 inches of snow here in DC.

I am not denying that global warming is happening. I am just denying that it is relevant. What I can’t understand is how those who believe in AGW will go to almost any length to abandon reason and believe something that a computer model tells them despite the abundant evidence that computer models can be egregiously flawed. Cherlock, even if you’re right and the ice caps do melt, how are you so certain that this worst case scenario will play out like the plot of a disaster porn movie. The answer: you really don’t know. Are you asserting that the whole planet will turn to a desert? Hmmm. Let’s think about this. There is a limited amount of water on the planet. A substantial amount of this water is locked up in the form of ice, thus rendered unusable for agricultural purposes. We unlock this water by melting the ice, and according to your line of thinking there will be less water available for agriculture. Where is all of this excess water going to go? Is it going to defy the scientific laws of physics and chemistry and stop circulating in the water cycle and simply remain in the ocean? The planet will be hotter, thus accelerating the evaporation cycle. Is the water just going to stay in the atmosphere? Computers are really cool, but they can only be as smart as those who program them.
