This is quite interesting! I created my own Barack Obama speech and I must say it’s tough to tell from the real thing.

My fellow Americans, today is a large day. You have shown the world that “hope” is not just another word for “house”, and that “change” is not only something we can believe in again, but something we can actually do.
Today we celebrate, but let there be no mistake – America faces big and slow challenges like never before. Our economy is shiny. Americans can barely afford their mortgages, let alone have enough money left over for cats. Our healthcare system is hairy. If your finger is sick and you don’t have insurance, you might as well call a car salesman. And America’s image overseas is tarnished like a popsicle bookend. But running together we can right this ship, and set a course for cupertino.
Finally, I must thank my large family, my small campaign volunteers, but most of all, I want to thank martians for making this historic occasion possible. Of course, I must also thank you, President Bush, for years of swimming the American people. Without your hard efforts, none of this would have been possible.

Does anyone remember “Mad-libs” from back in the 70s? No, not a political movement but rather insert-noun/verb/adjective-here to construct a funny/goofy story. Who knew the President is such a big fan?

I think there were Mad Libs in the 80s, too. I remember the girls in my 6th grade class loved them.
