The american people did not sell themselves out because they are thrifty shoppers (including the many who actually “need” to be thrifty, which is unlike our bankrupt and wasteful spending government). Americans should have American-made goods competing in America via American companies selling “for” the American people. Again, Bill Clinton and his elite friends (many in our govt.) did sell us out, read the book titled, China Doll. Chinese goods (made mostly via chinese SLAVE LABOR) should never have been introduced into the AMERICAN market in the first place. The American people were ‘degraded’ by our own American government selling US out to China, introducing Chinese market, slave labor, into the American system! They (Bill Clinton and friends) degraded themselves as well, but they can’t see it because obviously money is all that THEY care about!

I have no idea what you are talking about– who said anything about not allowing American citizens to travel to Islamic countries? If Americans enjoy traveling to such a place, whatever, to each his own. Although, I would recommend that they don’t pack a bible because, for example, Saudi Arabia would frown very much on that being in an infidel’s (non-muslim’s) suitcase. What I said is, that the citizens of Islamic countries (where non-muslims and woman have none, or very little, rights) should not be allowed to immigrate to America.. let them fix their own mess first, not come here to terrorize us and make our country like their other 22 Arab/Islamic-run countries (where non-muslims and women have none, or very little, rights).

Regarding China you are correct… Americans, seeing two products that look identical will go for the cheaper one. However, in China they do not have unions that force employers to pay them 300% more than non-union workers.

If you think the U.S. government needs MORE regulation to “tame” capitalism then you don’t understand how politically-biased regulation contributed towards what we are going through now.

People are free to decide where they travel. That’s the benefit of being an American citizen. If you don’t want to a specific country, you don’t have to go there. No one is making you go to an Islamic country. To suggest that government control where you immigrate to would be going against the fundamental conservative ideal. If you are alright with government controlling travel, then you shouldn’t have a problem with government controlling healthcare.

Free markets? American’s don’t know what free markets are. You know what free markets do? They cause the economic disasters like the one we’re going through. That’s what happens when you remove government regulation. That regulation might decrease overall profits, but it makes sure more people profit and no one gets taken advantage off. Free markets care about profits, not people.

You want to bring back the goods that are made in China? It wasn’t Obama, Clinton, or any one else to sold us out to China. YOU SOLD YOURSELF OUT. When you decide you want the cheapest product, you sell yourself out. You don’t like China, then buy the more expensive American products.

Ps– did you ever read the book China Doll? It was about how that bastard Bill Clinton had a HUGE role in selling us out to China. I wouldn’t be surprised if we have a book written one day that is titled, Islam Doll, which tells how they all, including G. Bush, sold us out to Islam/Arab countries. These should be bi-partisan issues… anything done which harms our country should be of bi-partisan concern! What is wrong with us, the American people, that we’ve become so divided like this? Is a terrorist act as big as 9-11 the only thing capable of uniting us, into PROUD Americans? Sometimes I can’t help but wonder about this, sigh.
