		<description>Unfortunately for Obama, he is pretty much to the point with Afghanistan where doing nothing is very much doing something.

Obama is Commander in Chief, and it would be nice if he would act like it occasionally.

		<description>Democrats just don&#039;t have the guts to back up their rhetoric on Afghanistan.  I think more was made of McChrystal&#039;s speech that was warranted (considering it was a pre-approved event) however he should have stayed off topic I think, at least as far as future plans for that country go.</description>

		<description>given the choice of opinion between a general whose specialty is counter-insurgency and joe biden, i&#039;d say go with the general.  i know, call me crazy, but joe was just a little off in his opinion of the iraqi surge.

personally, i&#039;d say our president has more important things on his plate to worry about(eg narcissistic international speeches) than the lagging economy, cap-and-trade, health care, and an appointed commander who long ago asked for more troops to win a war.

o yeah, who got to pick up the bill for copenhagen?</description>
