Since then Obama has “modified” his statements.

Harrison, thanks for the link. As you noted — and to his credit, I think — Obama has tried to calm the troubled waters that he helped churn.

As I already told Kirk, I give Obama no credit because…
Obama is simply doing damage control, but, I think it is unfortunate that this is the only thing, so far, in his presidency that he is being compelled to go into ‘damage control’ over. Because, there is so much more for him to apologize for…
But then again, I’m the type that thinks it actually does matter exactly who, and what, our president is.. even when he is doing the right things (for his own twisted, and anti-American, ulterior motives).
To put it another way, this president creeps me out even more than Bill Clinton (The China Doll) and George Bush (Mr. Burned The Candle At Both Ends) had managed to creep me out .. making it an impressive feat on Obama’s behalf!
However, to be fair, I am a fan of Pamela Gellar at Atlas Shrugs.. which I believe makes me a racist, right-wing, clinging to my guns and God, patriotic.. AMERICAN.
