I did some research and I guess somebody already beat him to this idea (Avid Editor). The Obama Note is already out!
Unfortunately, the note cannot be spent just yet as few can make change for it unless you’re interested in spending it all to prop up pork, pay for everybody’s healthcare, and kill the economy with Cap and Trade in which case you can spend it at any Chinese owned store.
Currently, this is the only note available however in the near future we expect several hundred to be in circulation so please be patient you will get what’s coming to you soon!

And already that one Obama dollar has been pegged with an inflation rate that rivals Rwanda’s currency! Lucky us!
