My point was not regarding the popularity of Obama, which is still above 50% but falling, but more to do with some of his social issues and the fact that a majority of Americans identify themselves as being Conservative (not necessarily Republicans or Democrats).

Harrison,
The last time I checked, the American public is definitely not in agreement with you! Obama's popularity is still running very high, and the Republican Party is at an all-time low.

Interesting reaction. Having been caught in numerous flip-flops it is still not his fault? Maybe gays, who have been betrayed by Obama on a number of issues thus far and are very bitter about it, can take some consolation in this justification. Or maybe Liberals ignore all of the positions Obama campaigned against then adopted (hint: they were Bush's policies that he belittled).

And when it comes to things like Cap-and-Trade and Socialized Medicine I certainly will take the party of "no" to the party of "yes" any day! Judging by how these issues are trending in terms of popularity it looks like the majority of the American public is in agreement with me.

Harrison,
This video was obviously produced by right-wingers who can't stop crying about losing the last election. Obama has delivered (or is in the process of delivering) results on all the major issues he spoke about during the campaign. The perspective of the Presidency is going to be different than that of any candidate running for that office. Naturally, there are going to be course changes that result from actually being in office. Frankly, if President Obama was such a "flip-flopper" the conservatives would be overjoyed, instead of belly-aching all the time. Oh well, most of the time the conservative Republican belly-achers are only "preaching to the choir" anyway. No harm done. No one is really listening to the "Party of NO" anyway.

Excellent video! Obama is a master politician--very effective rhetoric and convincing doublespeak.
