A Firing at the White House?

Man's "huge" contribution towards "global warming."
Surely you can’t disagree with Obama’s master plan and get away with it. I’m sure the person who wrote this memo is on their way out:
An Environmental Protection Agency proposal that could lead to regulating the gases blamed for global warming will prove costly for factories, small businesses and other institutions, according to a White House document.
The document, which is labeled “Deliberative-Attorney Client Privilege,” says that if the EPA proceeds with the regulation of heat-trapping gases, including carbon dioxide, factories, small businesses and institutions would be subject to costly regulation.
“Making the decision to regulate carbon dioxide … for the first time is likely to have serious economic consequences for regulated entities throughout the U.S. economy, including small businesses and small communities,” the document reads.
We’re only talking about maybe $2 trillion or so:
President Obama’s climate plan could cost industry close to $2 trillion, nearly three times the White House’s initial estimate of the so-called “cap-and-trade” legislation, according to Senate staffers who were briefed by the White House. … At the meeting, Jason Furman, a top Obama staffer, estimated that the president’s cap-and-trade program could cost up to three times as much as the administration’s early estimate of $646 billion over eight years. A study of an earlier cap-and-trade bill co-sponsored by Mr. Obama when he was a senator estimated the cost could top $366 billion a year by 2015.
That’ll only work out to between a $680.00 to $1,500.00 yearly contribution by Americans not to mention steel mills, coal miners, and other people who work in energy-intensive jobs either getting laid off because of the heavy government taxes or seeing their pay cut dramatically all because some people think the earth is “changing” because of human activity.
It’s all spelled out here.
I cannot recommend this site enough because it illustrates how little effect humans have on our planet’s weather. But remember, “cap-and-trade” is not about saving the planet it’s about growing the size of governmnet so that the taxes can be used for healthcare reform and other social programs.
