They absolutely hate opposing views and generally chalk those different ideas as born of ignorance or some other nonsense. Facts become lies and half-truths in their enlightened eyes and anyone who doesn&#039;t toe the party line is either an idiot or wasn&#039;t properly &quot;taught&quot; how to think.

Journalists, by the way, should seek the unbiased truth in any issue. All journalists are biased -- the good ones know they&#039;re biased and fight against the urge to report their opinions as the facts of the matter.
