Obama’s Naive View of Our Enemies Shows His Weakness

When a bully comes up to you talking with him is useless… he only wants one thing from you and it’s not to make conversation.  Former president G.W. Bush might have gotten a lot of things wrong but talking to our enemies wasn’t one of them.  His strict policies of not opening up diplomatic discussions with governments sworn to destroy us was correct.

One of the promises Obama made when he ran for president was to opening talks with countries like Iran.  Countries  like Iran only want to dominate their region and have shown, time and again, that they will do so by any means necessary such as sending weapons into Iraq that kill Americans or sponsoring terrorist groups like Hamas.  What do you think was the reaction by the Iranian government to Obama’s olive branch?  That’s right you guessed it… the United States is weak.

You don’t get the bully to leave you alone by talking… you do it through strength.  How many other ways will Obama weaken our position when dealing with sworn enemies?
